Terms & Conditions
** This is summary of the WeGolden IB Monthly Reward Program Terms & Conditions
1. The WeGolden Introducing Broker (IB) Monthly Reward Program ("Program") is a performance-based reward scheme designed to recognize eligible Introducing Brokers for client acquisition and trading activity.
2. The Program is open to new and existing WeGolden Introducing Brokers, including inactive IBs with no trading activity for more than 30 days. The Program is not available to WeGolden employees or partners under net revenue share or similar arrangements.
3. To participate in the Program, IBs must:
- Be a registered WeGolden Introducing Broker;
- Successfully complete IB registration and compliance verification;
- Be at least 18 years of age;
- Provide accurate and verifiable personal and business information.
4. The Program operates on a monthly basis, with each qualifying period corresponding to one calendar month.
The Program remains ongoing unless amended, suspended, or terminated by WeGolden.
5. Rewards are calculated monthly based on the following performance criteria:
- Net Deposits - total client deposits minus total withdrawals, calculated in USD;
- Trading Volume - total round-turn lots traded by eligible referred clients;
- Nuevos clientes financiados - newly approved clients who open and fund at least one eligible trading account.
6. IBs must meet all minimum requirements within the same reward tier to qualify. Each IB may receive only one reward per calendar month.
7. Qualified rewards will be credited to the IB's WeGolden account as commission within 7 business days after the end of the qualifying month. Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for alternative benefits.
8. IBs may be required to complete compliance and verification checks, including submission of identity documents and performance reports. Failure to meet compliance requirements may result in reward cancellation.
9. WeGolden reserves the right to disqualify any IB if trading activity is deemed abusive, manipulative, artificial, or conducted in bad faith, including hedged trading, coordinated structures, or shared IP usage. Any rewards granted under such circumstances may be withheld or revoked.
10. Participation in the Program does not guarantee reward entitlement.
WeGolden reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at its sole discretion without prior notice.
These Terms & Conditions are drafted in English and shall prevail in case of inconsistency.
